Compute billed at provider list price. Every request’s served model and cost appear on the response and in your exportable ledger.

Three pledges, in writing.

Your deposit stays your money

Unused credits are refundable on request, minus payment-processing fees. No silent forfeiture — if anything about credit terms ever changes, you hear it from us first, not from a ToS diff.

We never inflate the savings number

Savings are computed per request, against the model you actually asked for, at list price — and the raw ledger is exportable as CSV so you can recompute it.

No surprise charges

Auto top-up is a rule you write — your threshold, your amount, your monthly cap — and every automatic charge is emailed to you with a one-click off switch. No charge ever happens that you didn’t configure.

How is 3% a business?

We run no GPUs and train no frontier models — the routing layer is cheap to operate. Your savings come from right-sizing requests, not from us subsidizing you, and flat enterprise fees carry the company. The markup covers infrastructure, evals, and support. That’s the whole trick; if the math ever changes, the pricing page changes first.

Our conduct, in writing.

Honest errors, always

If we’re down, you get a 5xx and a status note that says so — never a misleading auth error that sends you debugging your own keys.

No silent model changes

Route changes to cheaper models show on your receipts by definition. Model removals get advance notice. What we can’t control is upstream weather: when a provider fails, we fail over where routes allow and tell you exactly what happened.

If Vynaris ever shuts down

90 days’ notice and unused credits refunded. Leaving is a one-line base_url change back to direct APIs — zero lock-in is a property of the architecture, not a promise.
